LOW MINIMUM ORDERS
Our Digital print technology for standup pouches , pillow pouches , 2 side seal pouches , 3 Side seal pouches , spout pouches , bar shape pouches , doy pack pouches , side gusset pouches , flat bottom pouches and standy pouches gives brands the ability to order low minimum quantities , drastically reducing costs, excess inventory and experiment with multiple SKU's in one print run. With our without cylinder printing technology brands can create limited edition packaging, experiment more , and test new products in the market. Brands of all sizes can confidently make a big impact, without the cost and high investment of committing to high minimum order quantities which is required by rotogravure printers.

By shifting to our digitally printed flexible packaging, setup and plate fees become a thing of the past. The industry standard rotogravure printed pouches made by rotogravure printers need huge investment in cylinders and very high MOQ's in each SKU which results in large upfront investments and unused inventory. The digital printing process doesn’t require cylinders, which means zero setup costs and more flexibility because brands can print multiple SKU's in one order . Due to this added benefit, brands have the ability to make changes without the added costs of cylinders every time they want to add a new SKU or make changes to the current design.

You shouldn’t have to wait 8-12 weeks for your packaging. With our digital print technology , you can take your brand with new packaging to market in a matter of days, not months which is the industry standurd of rotogravure printers. Our efficient tech based production process enables brands to upload their art file online, make last-minute adjustments as needed, approve their final artwork, and approve for final production. Once the artwork has been approved, roll stock is shipped in 10 business days and finished pouches are shipped in 12 business days.

Brands have the ability to run multiple SKUs in one job, without the added costs associated with cylinders. Unlike traditional rotogravure printing methods, with our digital printing technology , brands can combine unlimited SKUs, each of which only requires a digital file. This flexibly cannot be achied by rotogravure printed pouches and by combining SKUs into one run, brands are able to order exactly what they need, when they need it.
